What is My Stroke Guide?
My Stroke Guide is a site created and maintained by the Stroke Association to provide information and advice on stroke recovery, life after stroke and how to live well after a stroke.
You can also get community support by joining our online forum and groups, and keep up to date by subscribing to pages relevant to you, the My Stroke Guide Blog and YouTube channel.
You can find information and advice on My Stroke Guide by navigating to the main menu in the purple bar on the top of the page and clicking Information. Here you can find articles and videos on varied topics surrounding stroke, stroke recovery and life after stroke.
You can also search for tags and information using the search bar, in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
How to register
To take part in the forum you will need to register for an account. Follow the steps in the registration form and activate your account by clicking the link in the verification email. Don't forget to check your Junk or Spam folder in case it's ended up there.

The My Stroke Guide forum is an online community for stroke survivors, carers, health professionals and all who have been touched by stroke.
The forum operates on Discourse, an open-source forum based platform. DiscourseHub App is an official application for Android and iOS devices.
