Stroke recovery exercises - Amber group

This section contains information and exercises suitable for stroke survivors in the amber group of our stroke recovery exercise programme.
Exercise releases endorphins, a hormone that boosts mood, self-esteem, relieves stress and promotes feelings of well-being. Ask your carer, family member or friend to help you get started.

12 week stroke specific exercise programme
In addition to the four week programme, our collaboration with A Stroke of Luck also includes a 12 week programme. Each video focuses on a different area of the body or theme. They were designed to help you be more active at home.
