We are creating a new series of videos for My Stroke Guide. As a stroke survivor or carer, you understand better than anyone what will be useful and interesting to other stroke survivors.

This new series of videos will be all about cooking after stroke. It will include some new healthy recipes and tips for cooking with a disability.

We need your help to make sure these videos and recipes meet the needs of stroke survivors.

The aim of this series is to show new stroke survivors that life after stroke doesn't have to mean bland food. And it doesn't mean that they will never be able to cook again.

So what are we asking you to do?

We want to hear about your experiences with cooking after stroke. And what you look for in a new recipe. We'd also love to hear if you're on the look out for new cooking techniques or adaptations.

If you'd like to help, click the button below to fill in a survey. There are fifteen questions.

If you have anything else you would like to add, you can also leave a message on our forum post here.
