The new My Stroke Guide YouTube channel

Alex
My Stroke Guide YouTube Channel

You can now watch our videos on the My Stroke Guide YouTube channel on topics such as mental health, moving your body after stroke, medicine and more.

From the comfort of your own home

My Stroke Guide is known for its many videos spanning over topics like diet, relationships, finance, medication and many more. You can still find all videos on My Stroke Guide but we felt it was important to surface certain topics like mental health, moving your body after stroke and wellbeing during this time when many will be struggling with the change in support services and resources available.

We have two playlists featuring stroke survivors talking about their stroke recovery journey experiences, and what worked for them. You can also hear from professionals about starting to move your body after stroke and what you can do inside and outside the home to aid your recovery,

So, what's next?

In future we are looking to expand the video content we currently have, so do watch this space, we are working with other organisations to bring you content that is important to you.

We love hearing from you, so if you have any recommendations on what you would like to see, please drop us an email at mystrokeguide@stroke.org.uk.

We look forward to hearing from you!
