Stride for Stroke

In honour of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, we’re inviting people to walk 1.3 million steps over 130 days (10,000 steps a day).

Whether you take on this challenge on your own, with a furry friend, a group of friends or your partner, we’re incredibly grateful for your help in raising crucial funds to rebuild lives after stroke.

How do I take part?

The great thing about this challenge is that it is very flexible. It is for you do at a time and place that suits you and at your own pace – you may decide to do 20,000 steps a day and finish early, or do less than 10,000 steps a day and do it over a longer period, the choice is yours. The important part is 1.3 million steps at a pace that works best for you.

Join us in Stride for Stroke, where each step you take is in solidarity with stroke survivors in the UK. Are you ready to take the first step?
