You can still find all videos on My Stroke Guide but we felt it was important to surface certain topics like mental health, moving your body after stroke and wellbeing during this time when many will be struggling with the change in support services and resources available. We have two playlists featuring stroke survivors talking about their stroke recovery journey experiences, and what worked for them. You can also hear from professionals about starting to move your body after stroke and what you can do inside and outside the home to aid your recovery, Later Life Training videos We are also partnered up with Later Life Training who specialise in exercise classes for the elderly and people with movement disabilities. Instructor Bex Townsley demonstrates how to get moving while standing up, how to do exercises while seated and 'active sitting' that can help boost your circulation. So, what's next?
