This section contains information and exercises suitable for stroke survivors in the green group of our 4-week stroke recovery exercise programme.

Exercise is essential for your health, regardless of your physical condition. Mobility issues make some types of exercise more difficult, however, no matter the challenges you face, you should aim to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

12-week stroke specific exercise programme

In addition to the 4-week programme, our collaboration with A Stroke of Luck(link is external) also includes a 12 week programme. Each video focuses on a different area of the body or theme. They were designed to help you be more active at home.
