Description

Life After Stroke (Ammanford) is a Stroke Association affiliated group that is open to anyone affected by stroke, including stroke survivors, carers, friends and family members.
The group aims to reduce isolation, redefine and reclaim skills, aid adjustment to stroke-related disability and increase confidence, significantly increase the quality of life for stroke survivors and their carers.

This group is part of the Stroke Group Network - a vital community of stroke support groups across the UK. As it is independently run, we will need to share your details in order for them to provide support.
